Climate Energy’s Warm Air freewatt System combines two technologies, an advanced furnace and a natural gas fired engine generator. This hybrid heat and power generation package provides unrivaled total energy efficiency in combined heat and power delivery to the home. The Warm Air freewatt System is designed to be installed in the place of a typical furnace and can use the existing ducting system to deliver heat to the home.

The Climate Energy Warm Air freewatt system is an integrated package of four parts, a power generation module, the freewatt furnace, a hybrid integration (HI) module and a supervisory control system. These components are engineered to work together and provide a new level of comfort and economic savings to North American homes. This product is now being installed for our natural gas customers and we plan to release a propane version in April 2009.
