The Climate Energy warm air freewatt-ready system provides you with the ability to install a freewatt compatible warm air heating system today that will allow you to upgrade to a full heat and power freewatt system at a later date. This option is particularly useful to customers who need to replace their warm air heating system today but are not ready to install a full warm air freewatt system. It is also an excellent way for propane customers to put in a system today that can be upgraded to a full freewatt system when our propane warm air freewatt system is released, currently planned for April 2009.
The freewatt-ready Warm Air system consists of Climate Energy’s high efficiency freewatt furnace installed in a “freewatt-ready configuration”. What that means is that the installer will follow specific Climate Energy guidelines for the equipment layout that is certified to allow for easy future upgrade of the heating system to a full Warm Air freewatt System. No other warm air heating system is certified to allow this full freewatt system upgrade without replacement of the furnace.
Climate Energy’s freewatt furnace provides two stage heating (hi and lo) along with an ECM variable speed building air blower motor. This combination provides both high efficiency heating and quieter operation. freewatt-ready Warm Air Systems are available today for either propane or natural gas.
